Jerry - well you didn't disappoint - once again. This was my 15th trip and so thankful God led me to Senior Adult Travel three years ago. I have traveled with you to many places - Niagra Falls, Amish Country, Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Nashville, Biltmore, Mackinaw Island, The Ark, Pigeon Forge, Maine, Colorado Springs, Branson, and others - SO I think that makes me a "seasoned" traveler. The care that you give to the whole group is amazing. You regularly say, "I am bothered when you do something that hurts the entire group, don't do that!" I am thankful that you treat us all the same! I've watched you take care of passengers over the years, buying them lunch, going to get them medicine via Uber when there was a need. Going to a handicapped persons room in the early morning hours to help pick them up off the floor and then going with them to the hospital. Yes, that was YOU! And this is just a brief synopsis of a few things that I know about. You truly care by your actions - thank you! I am also thankful for the Christian guidance that you give on each trip - honoring the Lord by beginning each day in the Bible, prayer and singing. Praying over prayer requests, listening to those who had a child that was in the hospital - I could go on and on. You never stop. This trip was very short - so the ONLY thing that I didn't care for was the second night's dinner. But after all I ate at lunch - plus all of your snacks - I could have done without easily! Please keep on doing what you're doing and DON'T RETIRE! I have a lot of years still to travel. Seriously, Thanks to you and Ms. Dot for being my friends! I love you.

It was a pleasure to tour with Jerry Nash of Diamond Tours, Senior Adult Travel. Jerry was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of with plenty or snacks and water throughout the entire trip. Kevin was an awesome bus driver and took care of us through each exit and entry onto and off the bus. Although the bus was not handicap accessible Kevin did everything possible to make it easy on those needing extra attention. The bus was comfortable, AC was perfect for the entire trip. There were charger outlets, internet access and restroom facilities available. Although there was one complaint about the windows having water-spots it did not take away from the ability to see the sites. Once Kevin was aware of the issue he took extra care, after hours, to get the windows cleaned for the next day. Kudos to Kevin for his excellent service. We made frequent rest stop to accommodate the comfort and needs of all. The tours were very informative and the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. As we all know you can’t please everyone all the time. We as Senior Adults should especially take caution when on a moving vehicle and know for the safety of all the importance of being cautious without having to be told. Jerry made every effort to make sure we were safe which was his first priority. Thank you so much for an enjoyable tour!

A good reminder that I don't like bus trips. Can't see where we're going unless seated in the front. The leader wasn't very friendly. He rarely smiled or even laughed. Western Sizzlin' was wonderful. The Comfort Kitchen was awful. The tours need to be more handicap friendly. Special attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the windows. They should be spotless inside and out. If one can't see where he/she is going, the view from the sides should be crystal clear on a daily basis. Bus rules need to be made clear to all before the bus departs. If someone continually breaks the rule(s), an announcement of the bus rules should be made to all if there's more than one infraction. I didn't appreciate being approached by the leader well after the fact for a one-time infraction that was not announced or applied equally. The bus temperature was great for the entire trip. Great snacks and plenty of water was appreciated. The bus seats were uncomfortable after an hour or so. Not enough cushioning. The tour guide were great! Kevin was wonderful!
